Thanks to the feedback of one of the many people that have downloaded the slide show, a new option is being added to the already long list of settings.
In version 1.2 of the slide show, and version 1.1 of the joomla module, it will be possible to specify the target window of the link. Until now, clicking on the slide (assuming links are enabled) always opened a new window. But from the new version on, you’ll have the possibility to choose from four possible targets:
- the current frame in the current window
- a new window
- the parent of the current frame
- the top-level frame in the current window.
Stay tuned, because the new versions will be released later today (the final tests and the new documentation are being ultimated right now).
