From today, the slide show wordpress widget is available in the WordPress plugin directory as well. So now you can also install it directly from the WordPress plugin directory, without having to download it first.

hi. Thanks for plugin
perfect.
Regards
Great plugin. I can only get it to display on my home page only. On other pages I just get a white box of the correct dimensions. My site is also multilingual, using the qTranslate plugin to switch between languages. But the slideshow doesn’t show in the non-default language.
Hello Wyn, thanks for using the plugin.
As you can see on this site, the plugin works well on all pages. I don’t know what may cause your problem. Why don’t you leave the link to your site, so I can take a look?
And what do mean by “doesn’t show in the non default language”? That it doesn’t display at all? Or it displays, but always in the default language?
Hello,
i’m just attacted the widget, but it doesn’t work
my image is on the right place
but nothing is visible @ xxxxxxxxxxxxx
my settings are oké, i thought..
Can you help me?

Hello president, first of all thank you for using the slideshow.
I checked out the images (I deleted the links to them, so you won’t get any useless trafic to them) and your settings (idem), and I think the problem lies in the fact that when I go to “www.xxxxxxx.nl”, I get redirected to xxxxxxx.nl (without the “www.”).
Try taking the “www.” out of the path to the images in your settings. That should do the trick.

thank you very much..
this widget is very nice, and i’m going to use it for my other projects!
Keep on doing the good work & thanks for the support
Hi,
What I would like to do is use your slideshow to display images stored in a folder that sits outside of my WordPress subdirectory install. Is that possible?
Thanks
Hi Rone,
Yes you can! All you have to do is set the ‘path’ parameter to point to the folder, like ‘http://www.sitename.com/images/‘
Remember, the path has to be absolute (starting with ‘http://’), and has to end with a slash.
And also remember, that the folder has to be on the same domain as your wordpress installation. If it’s on another domain, then flash will refuse to load the images.
And please, ask all your support questions in the support forums.
Thank you for the reply and my utmost apologies for posting in the incorrect place.
Cheers.
