Lately there have been more and more users that are looking for help with our slideshow products. Posting those questions and the answers as comments to the articles on this site isn’t exactly the most effective way to handle things.
Therefore we’ve added a support forum to the site. Please post your questions and search for answers there. Of course, you’re still welcome to comment to the articles. But if you want an answer to your problem, please use the forum.
And by the way, there are some questions that are quite frequent, so we’re working on a FAQ as well.
