I took a look at your settings, and you must use an absolute path (starting with ‘http://’).
So don’t use
‘/wp-content/plugins/creative-clans-slide-show/Rescues/’
but
‘http://rescueroad.ctcnc.net/wp-content/plugins/creative-clans-slide-show/Rescues/‘
