I've checked your settings, and you'll have to change some things:
1) the 'path' setting must be 'http://zoo-hodonin.mediastorage.cz/0104/'
2) the 'loadFromFolder' setting must be 'no'
Try this, and let me know if it still doesn't work.

I tested a bit, and I got it working with your remote hosted images.
I also found that your server seems to have some problems with the following line in the CCSlideShow.php file:
curl_setopt($curl, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, true);
Try commenting out that line (put // in front of it), or delete it, and see if it works.

Hello, I removed the line with
curl_setopt($curl, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION, true);
and unfortunately slideshow still does not work.

Yes, it is. After you've taken out that line, I don't get any errors anymore in my test. I have no idea why the slides don't show up on your site.
Without access to your server, I won't be able to find out anything else, I'm afraid.

I was a little re-testing. Now ccslideshow works with proxy!
The problem is in version CCSlideShow.swf. On the left side of your version from the server galleons.it. On the right side is my original version from the archive CCSlideShow 1.3
